Everyday Boston’s Love Your Wicked Awesome Neighbor Challenge is a citywide invitation to spread kindness to people you don’t already know. By mobilizing schools, workplaces, housing communities, senior centers, and individual residents to write and share over 10,000 kindness cards, we turn an ordinary holiday into a citywide day of belonging.

How to Join the LYWAN Challenge

Write an encouraging message on the back (as simple as “Keep going!”)

Hand your cards to strangers on Valentine’s Day- or we can do it for you!

Reaching 10,000+ Neighbors
Last year, alongside 99 community partners, we made more than 10,000 cards in schools, libraries, workplaces, prisons, and nonprofits and delivered them across Boston.
This winter, we are once again going to light up our city with kindness—Boston style.
